Welcome to Hazlemere Surgery

The surgery is open Monday to Friday from 8.30 am - 6.00 pm.

(Emergency telephone line is open 8.00 am - 6.30 pm each day).

Surgeries operate from 9.00 am to 12 midday every morning. Afternoon surgeries are at various times between 1.00pm & 6.00pm.

Saturday surgeries are for Pre-Booked appointments only and run on alternate Saturdays with our Desborough Surgery. Appointment times start at 8.30am.

Home Visits:

Home Visits are for those patients who are in bed and too ill or frail to come to the Surgery. Home visits are not for patients who do not have transport. If you need a home visit, please try to call before 10.00am.
